Your privacy is important to us. A strict privacy standard is maintained to ensure your confidentiality and confidence in the use of the PiLE-it website. The privacy policy describes how and when PiLE-it collects, uses and shares your information when you use the website. There is a sign up section where members submit personally identifiable information to PiLE-it. All of the information provided to PiLE-it, (including personally identifiable information) is stored in our databases. PiLE-it collects information when a member signs up such as first and last name, contact email, registered member's account password and username and any other submited information pertinent to the sign up process. The information collected is used strictly for the purpose of everyday business - for active members - to maintain, customize and personalize that member's PiLE-it account and process all applicable transactions.
PiLE-it continuosly strive to achieve and implement commercially physical and electronic security measures to protect against misuse, alteration or loss of personal information. Be aware however, that no security measure is ever one hundred percent perfect. Through the MyAccount page PiLE-it provides each member and advertiser with the ability to maintain personal and business information accurate, complete, and up to date. To verify the accuracy of your personal or business information sign in to your MyAccount and scroll down to MyAccount Update and make any necessary changes in order to maintain your personal or business information updated. PiLE-it maintains personal and business information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of membership or advertising and the conditions outlined in these terms.
A PiLE OF GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERS / USERSMembership is entirely Free - PiLE-it does not provide third parties with a member's personal information. Your information is solely used for sending important messages regarding your account - You agree to maintain all of your personal information in your acccount accurate and updated. PiLE-it is not responsible for any undelivered important messages due to inaccurate personal information. - You are solely responsible for your account and fully understand that PiLE-it does not endorse and make any representations about any advertising content appearing on this website - You fully understand that PiLE-it is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from you using this website or the services or products of any of the advertisers herein - You agree to use caution when replying to an advertisement, especially one that requires any form of payment and if necessary that you will independently seek legal advice - Multiple individual accounts are strictly prohibited. If found in violation of this policy, or if the program detects that you have more than one active account, then all accounts will be deemed invalid and closed - If you share the same name with a son, for example, you may differentiate each account by including Sr. Jr. II etc. after each name when signing up - You may cancel your account at any time and for any reason. Once you deactivate your account it cannot be reinstated - The list of advertisers that you maintain in your account is for the sole purpose of having a direct link to those advertisers so you will not have to search for them again. Any ad that is deactivated or deleted by the advertiser will also be automatically removed from your list - You agree to not use PiLE-it to engage in anything characterized as malicious, unlawful or misleading - You agree to not act in a manner as to weaken, damage or disable any of the proper workings of PiLE-it or give any type of support or encouragement for any violation of the PiLE-it policies - You must not harass, bully, intimidate anyone or solicit personal information from anyone interested in PiLE-it - PiLE-it reserves the right to modify - update - interrupt - suspend or discontinue any of its programs at any time without notice or liability - You must be at least 18 years old and have the ability, power and authority to enter into the PiLE-it terms. A PiLE OF GUIDELINES FOR ADVERTISERSYou have the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason - Once an account is terminated it cannot be reinstated - Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their accounts and must ensure that their ads does not violate these terms or the law - Any ad that violates these terms or the law will be removed and may include termination of the account without a refund - Any ad that is false, deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful will not be accepted and will be removed - Your account is for the sole purpose of advertising, currently either in English or Spanish, and must be associated with the business entity that has that account and must not be used for any third party. All ad contents must be relevant and appropiate to any of the services or products that are being advertised - Any ad that is linked to a product or service that is prohibited is not accepted - Any ad that represents a regulated service or product must conform to all applicable laws - Ads or content of any ad that implies someone's characteristics negatively in terms of age, religion, race, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability, medical history, financial state, criminal record etc. is not permitted - It is the full responsibility of each advertiser to make sure that their ads does not violate any laws or regulations. No ad shall offend any user of the PiLE-it website and ads that promote any illegal activity or product are not permitted. No ad shall violate the rights of any third party - Ads that promote or facilitate the sale of any illegal substance or its consumption and ads that promote or facilitate gambling, lotteries, sports books, bingo, poker, online casinos etc. are not permitted. However, ads that promote offline gambling businesses such as casinos will be allowed as long as such ads are in accordance with the law and the appropiate audience is targeted. State run lotteries are allowed to place ads that target users in all of the jurisdictions in which such lottery is available - No ad shall promote any adult services or products such as but not limited to, videos, publications or sexual enhancement products - Any ad for adult friend finders or dating is not permitted - Ads that promote prescription drugs or online pharmacies are not permitted - Ads for dietary or herbal supplements are allowed as long as the products are safe and not questionable by PiLE-it in its sole discretion - PiLE-it reserves the right to accept or reject any uploaded photo to be used in your ad and to change any of the photos provided by PiLE-it for ads at any time whether the ad is live or deactivated - Under very strict terms, no ad shall have links to sites that uses spyware or malware downloads or any form of software that will negatively impact users such as those that performs activities hidden to the user, enters a user's computer system, violates or infringes upon the intellectual property rights, such as trademark - copyright - patent - etc., of anyone - Where illegal, ads that promote the use or sale of firecrackers, weapons, ammunition or explosives are not allowed - In general terms, no ad shall promote anything that is unlawful and PiLE-it reserves the right to remove such ad and terminate the advertiser's account if violation continues. If a renewal request is not received before or when the fee is due the program will automatically terminate the account - Do not open an account with PiLE-it without fully understanding and accepting this policy.
PRIVACYYour privacy is important and respected by PiLE-it. The privacy policy is created to keep you informed about the information that PiLE-it collects and how that information is used and protected and the options that you have in regard to such collection and use of your personal information.
There are two types of information that PiLE-it collects - Personally Identifiable Information provided to PiLE-it by those users of the PiLE-it website who decide to join the membership program and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information -
When a user of the PiLE-it website joins the membership program, personally identifiable information is provided such as full name, physical address and e-mail address. Generally, this information is used to send members important messages regarding a member's account. PiLE-it could also request additional personal information such as age - gender or birth year.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information -
PiLE-it also collects certain information online from the use of the PiLE-it website and programs. The information in this category is anonymous and it is not connected with personal information. Some of the non-personally identifiable information that PiLE-it collects can be but is not limited to: Your IP address at the time that you visited the website - The pages on the PiLE-it website that you visited - The URL that you came to the website from - Ads that you showed interest in.

Permanent Cookies: These cookies are stored on the hard drive of your computer. The word permanent does not exactly mean forever. Each cookie has a different life span determined by the website that sets the cookie. PiLE-it may use permanent cookies to store username and password on your computer if opted to have it saved - encrypted.
These types of cookies are used for analysis such as where visitors to the website come from and which pages are visited. Personal information is not stored in any of the cookies. If cookies are disabled on your browser the PiLE-it website may not function properly and services could be difficult to be rendered to you.
Your personal information is used to service the PiLE-it membership program to you, to communicate important messages regarding your account, fulfill or process any request that you may have, verification and validation. PilE-it needs your full and real name for that purpose and your e-mail address to send important membership messages. Non-personally identifiable information is used to personalize and facilitate your use of the website and to enhance it. We may also use non-personally identifiable information to develop new features and services for the website and to track user experience on the website in order to show content and ads that you might be interested in and to analyze and prevent any possible technical problem.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your permission. There might be instances that certain services may require PiLE-it, by their terms, to forward your personal information such as your name and email address so that they can provide service directly to you. If you become a member through a partner website your basic enrollment, activity and interest information could be shared with that partner, as applicable, and that partner may share information it collects about you with PiLE-it, subject to its own privacy policies. A notice will be provided to you of such an instance at the moment where the information is to be collected. PiLE-it could also share personal information with a third party service provider that perform services on PiLE-it's behalf such as email service providers, credit card processors, etc. These businesses can only use the information provided for the purpose of providing you with any requested service. If PiLE-it or any of its assets are acquired by or merged with another business entity, member information will be one of the transferred assets. Other instances under which PiLE-it may disclose your personal information could be: response to subpoenas, court orders, or any legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Also in any event that you violate or breach an agreement with PiLE-it or in the event that PiLE-it believes that you will harm the property or rights of PiLE-it or those of other members or affiliates - in the event that PiLE-it believes it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding any illegal activity, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of anyone, violations of PiLE-it's terms of use or otherwise required by law.
The PiLE-it website contains links that will direct users to websites owned and operated by other businesses. When you take advantage of an offer or respond to an ad you could be directed to a website that may also require personal information. Those ads and businesses or websites are beyong PiLE-it's control. It is your responsibility to read the privacy policies and terms of those businesses or websites before using them. If you wish to opt out of their contacting you, you must do so through those businesses or websites. Ads that are run on the PiLE-it website may set cookies to measure advertising effectiveness and gather entirely anonymous information. PiLE-it does not have access to or control over those cookies. If you have cookies in your computer disabled, you may not receive credit for any special offer that requires you to have them on.
You can update and change your personal information at any time after logging into your PiLE-it account and clicking on the Edit Profile link. PiLE-it secures your personal information by using reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosures, accidental loss or destruction of the information that PiLE-it collects. Some of the efforts that we take to ensure security include but are not limited to: data encryption and monitoring of the PiLE-it website and data for any intrusions. However, keep in mind that one hundred percent security does not exist on the internet.
COPPA - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act -
PiLE-it does not knowingly collect any personal information about any child under the age of 13. If PiLE-it detects or is made aware that it has collected any personal information about a child under the age of 13 all data in regards to the child will be immediately deleted from the PiLE-it's database.
You have the right to receive information identifying any third party business to whom PiLE-it may have disclosed any personal information regarding you or your family for any direct marketing purposes (within past calendar year). You must make a request in writing and must include your name, confirmation number, secret number, your assigned Code number, email address, return address and the date you initialized your PiLE-it account. Keep in mind that PiLE-it does not share any personal information with third parties.
PiLE-it reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Members and users fully understand that they might never gain any financial or other assumed benefits mentioned by or through the website including circumstances beyond the control of PiLE-it.
Members and users, definitely stated and not merely implied, understand and agree that the use of the website and services is at the member's and user's sole risk. PiLE-it cannot assume responsibility for any loss. Neither PiLE-it, affiliates or respective employees or agents, third party content providers warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error free nor do they make any official affirmation or guarantees as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website or services, the accuracy, reliability, content of any information, service, product or merchandise provided through the website or services.

By becoming a member of PiLE-it you understand that you are not an employee or a partner. These terms does not in any fashion create a partnership - employment - joint venture or any other form of relationship aside from you being a member and user of the PiLE-it website and services.
REPORT ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR ON PiLE-itPiLE-it has a zero-tolerance policy for any type of abusive behavior. Included but not limited to are any form of hate on the basis of race - religion - cultural heritage - political beliefs - marital status - disability - national origin - sexual orientation - any type of offensive material or that it is harmful in any form especially to children such as child pornography - behavior meant to hurt another individual either emotionally or physically - spamming - stalking - impersonations or phishing. PiLE-it reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion if a reported abusive behavior is in fact abusive.
All PiLE-it members and users must adhere by the PiLE-it terms and conditions. Members and users understand that not following the rules will terminate and prevent the use of the website and its services.
If you notice abusive behavior or anyone member or user breaking any part of the terms and conditions, please report it immediately by contacting PiLE-it. PiLE-it will appreciate it in the context of maintaining the integrity of the website and will take all necessary action(s) right away.
